*This is for Crew Only. Manager have to ask off in the restaurant.
*Holidays Must be Asked Off For In Store
*We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Requests for Vacation and PTO time MUST be submitted by the Friday before payday at 4pm.
Any request after the deadline will be put on the following paycheck.
